Treated us very well!

We leased an RX 350 2 years ago and were very disappointed with the salesman and the overall experience. Since we had a lease, we figured we needed to come back eventually. This time we really had a pleasant experience. We really enjoyed the new facility and everyone was quite friendly and accommodating.

5k Service

Brought my vehicle in for its first service on a Saturday morning. Only 3000 miles so not really a lot to do. Did need to get a few options changed which was done to my satisfaction. Also, my navigation screen had locked up during a recent trip and I commented on that to the service rep, Asa. He made a note of it and during the service my software was updated to hopefully rectify the problem so it will not happen again. My vehicle was returned in a few hours looking like it was new! Great service, as usual, from a Larry H. Miller dealership.

Service

The car came out really nice but I noticed that since I was in a Toyota they didn't pay much attention to me it was my first time there no one came out to ask if I needed help I had to go looking where to go.

Great cars, great people, great service.

This is our second car that we have purchased and had serviced at Larry H. Miller Lexus of Spokane and our son just purchased his first. Everyone at the dealership has been amazingly friendly, courteous and professional. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new or used Lexus.
