I felt my concerns were ignored and passed off. I had someone take my car to the dealership with my concerns. The service person did not contact me for further details and said that one of my concerns is normal on my 2020 Lexus with 8000 miles and the other was not the problem or fault of theirs. Again on a Lexus with 8000 miles.

The absolute BEST car buying experience my husband and I have ever encountered. And we negotiated the trade in and purchase of our new RX from our couch in Idaho. When our local Lexus dealer didn’t offer us the options or level of service we hoped for we turned to the internet to see what options existed in surrounding states. When we called this dealership our salesperson Lisa immediately thanked us for the opportunity to earn our business and she and the dealership team and management team managed everything as expertly as though we were in their showroom. We made an informed decision thanks to their stellar service. Everyone was patient, responsive and sincerely kind during the entire process. We now have the exact car I wanted and the person who purchased our trade in (same day after we dropped it off) is also thrilled with her car and experience too. Even when I unintentionally left a hat in our old car it was mailed to us. The next time I need a Lexus this will be our dealership…the miles may be between us but the smile’s on our faces remain because of their epic customer care! Roger Borrego was exceptional to work with. The car purchase was all done over the phone as I live in Helena, Mt. Pictures sent and a couple of phone calls and in two days I had deposited funds via credit card and then set up a pick date for me to come over and get it. Thank you Roger and Larry H.
