This is my 4th Lexus but first one I have purchased at Larry H. Miller in Spokane. However, I have been taking my other ones there to be serviced for about 8 years now. They have always made the experience as pleasant as it can be with amazing customer service. We worked with Roger on the new purchase which we ordered several weeks before it arrived. Roger made the purchase a simple process which we appreciated.

We are enjoying our new Lexus. We enjoyed working with Lisa. She has been especially helpful in working through all the features in this car that we didn't have in our 2010 Audi A4 S-Line.

I just purchased a Lexus ES 300H and the car is wonderful. I worked with Roger and he Was excellent letting me and my wife make our decision at our own pace. The finance Dept/person was not high pressure and the over all experience was excellent. I gave 4 stars as I have had two previous experiences with Larry Miller Toyota and with what used to be Larry Miller Hyundai, I did not have a good experience with either of them, but the Lexus dealership was awesome.

Amazing customer service! I live in The Bay Area , California and found the preowned Cadillac i was searching for at LHM Lexus on autotrader. I sent an online inquiry and Roger got back to me promptly. He answered all my questions quickly and honestly as well as provided pics and videos of the vehicle. I purchased the car via their website and then booked a flight to come up and get it. They helped me with lodging accommodations to make things easy and set me up with an early appointment to get me on the road. I felt very welcomed when i came in and my car was detailed and sitting on the showroom floor! It was a very exciting feeling and members of the crew who werent even involved in the sale came to shake my hand and congratulate me. Roger made me feel like a friend more than just a customer. He was almost as excited about the car as i was! Christen in the Finance office was an absolute pleasure to work with. She made the paperwork process painless and was informative about the protection programs they offered (of which i tool advantage of several). Roger even recommended places to sight see before i made the 12 hour drive home and then checked in on me from time to time u til i made it back. Lisa was helpful and really patient with us since we took some time to get around to buying our car. She gave a thorough tutorial to us and we appreciated her attention to detail.

Lisa was absolutely so great to work with on the purchase of our '21 Lexus NX! Christen was also great to work with as the financial manager that didn't push on the warranty upgrade. This is our second car purchase from Larry H. Miller with many more in the future!

Jim Freet in the service department was very helpful and professional..He explain the problem with the fuel pump and also the oil change special that’s available in the future.
