2017 Summit

I always have a pleasant experience when I bring my jeep for service. Jose goes way beyond the call of duty to make sure my jeep is fully serviced as I requested and to let me know if something else needs attention.

Satisfied Lady!

The moment I entered the building I was greeted. When I test drove my Camaro it was my car. I left my charger at home bo problem they lent me one 😇. Extremely satisfied w the Finance Dept Bobby too. STEPHANIE AND CONRAD DIRECTED ME THRU MY ENTIRE PROCESS W A 😃 SMILE. NEEDLESS TO SAY I WAS SATISFIED

Chris Godwin the owner,, and his team went above and beyond the call of duty to help me with some extensive warranty work. The local dealer I purchased the vehicle from wouldn't even try to help. These guys not only helped but got me fixed with superior customer service, but they kept me updated all the way. If you need a vehicle or service, give these guys a try, you won't regret it.

This is a review from 2018. Not the happiest of deals with Southfork but it turned out to be ok. I scheduled an appointment and a test drive of a used vehicle they had on the lot. I made the appointment because I was coming from 50 miles away and wanted it to be as trouble free as possible. I get there and the vehicle I went in to test drive was full of mud and was not even cleaned. Knowing this appointment was made almost a week earlier, you would think they would have it cleaned up and ready for the test drive. I just walked out and started to head back home, the manager called me and apologized and told me to get breakfast and come back and it would be ready to go when I got back. An hour later I returned and they were still cleaning up the vehicle. I waited another 25-30 minutes for the test drive. After the test drive I noticed the sway bar linking were not installed and made it a point that i wanted them installed before taking delivery. After going through finance, i was ready to leave but noticed the sway bar links were not installed. At this point I was ready to just chalk it up as wasted time and take my business elsewhere. They assured me it will be done promptly, after another hour or so it was ready to go and I was on my way. I heard a lot of great things about Southfork and was looking forward to a great experience, unfortunately that didn't happen but i was finally happy to get the vehicle I wanted. They did get the issues fixed but it could have been a much better experience.

I had a great experience at Southfork . Our salesperson...

I had a great experience at Southfork . Our salesperson was very friendly and knowledgeable but not pushy like a lot of salespeople can be . The finance manager was great . He Went over everything with me and even gave me information on jeep clubs in the area. He made my experience easy and painless. I give them a 10 out of 10 and will defiantly purchase from them again when the time comes .

This dealership uses deceptive practices to sell...

This dealership uses deceptive practices to sell vehicles. They will tell you your financing is one thing and then once you leave they fraudulent alter your signature to get the deal done. They caused me to lose the home I was purchasing by lying to me and saying they were financing under my business credit. Afterward they altered the paperwork and placed it on my personal credit destroying my debt to income ratio. I asked over and over again and made it clear I would only purchase if it was on my business credit and Finance Manager swore that was how deal was structured. Once it hit my credit they did nothing to fix the situation. I lost two properties - my new home in Texas and an investment property I was buying.

Came for routine service as well as to have a potential warranty issue looked at. Was quickly checked in and the service team was friendly and professional. Service work completed in a timely manner, potential issue was diagnosed and no issue found. They also took care of a couple small recall matters the needed addressed. Overall great experience.
