Great Customer Service @ Southfork Chrysler Dodge
We brought in out 2017 Chevy Traverse and found a great deal on a pre-owned SUV that was practically still new. The sales consultant Marshall Long was knowledgeable and helped answer any questions we had about the vehicle. The Pre-Owned Sales Director Manny Villanueva did great job in assisting on working a good deal. I would recommend these two and this dealership for your next vehicle. I would say one of the biggest pros for the customer is that this dealership provides a lifetime power train warranty at no additional cost. We will definitely come back here first for future vehicles.

Terrible experience... started out great... good...
Terrible experience... started out great... good communication... no pressure...once I got time to visit, I show up only to discover the vehicle I came to see is no longer available. There were lots of communications (Patrick Reilly) and lots of opportunities for that significant piece of information to be communicated. ALSO... don't believe ANY of the trade-in estimate they run for you on their website. Was given quote that was in line with KBB. Once there, trade in value was $10K less. Classic bait and switch. As far as customer service... none. Was introduced to the "B Team" from the start. Salesman (Alex Tarantino) made an obligatory intro, then disappeared. "B Team (Catalina) couldn't answer basic questions about the vehicle models and different packages. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP... they demonstrated EVERYTHING wrong with trying to purchase a new vehicle.

I deleted both my Google and Yelp reviews. Southfork sales manager Henery Pimentel reached out to me to "make it right". I feel he honestly did what he could to first, apologize, then to make the situation and offer the best he could. I am happy that I was heard by Southfork.
In the end, you made minimum effort to address the issues. I suspect the issues are systematic to your organization and you will continue to deceive potential clients. I stand by my review.

I initially texted/spoke with Patrick Reilly... he told me he was your brother. On day of visit (11/20) I texted Alex Tarantino 3X. The text chain had a link to the vehicle I was interested in. I called and he said he would have it pulled up front. After arrival, I was shown a different vehicle while they "checked" on the vehicle I was interested in. I was told it was back to get a lift kit but they were going to try and stop it. About 45 minutes into the visit, I was presented with numbers. Yes the trade-in was $6-$8K less than your on-line tool. I said why would I negotiate for a vehicle I haven't seen. I was finally told the lift kit was already installed. IMO that is a customer care issue. I stand by my review.

I went in few days ago and was helped right away by Marshall. He listened to what was important to me In getting car that morning . Marshall was fantastic at his job and made sure I was 100% satisfied. He was very different than normal sales guy since he was very calm and didn’t try to push me for anything and provided his honest opinion. I had a time constraint and he made it fast and easy for me. I am very happy with my experience it was professional, customer service was on point, , finance made things quick easy and explained anything so needed, and I left as a car owner in no time. The finance process can be stressful almost all the tome but Bobby from finance made it painless. Everyone at merchants is fantastic at their job and I highly recommend SouthFork.

South Fork is hands down the best experience we could ever have when it comes to buying a new car for our growing family! The atmosphere is genuine, the service from all parties is absolutely 10/10. Very good and very positive dealership experience. In a very good way this was a a totally different process and Mr. Gambino wasn't your typical car salesperson. From beginning to end, the buying process felt smooth and I didn't feel like I was being sold anything. He gets an A+ for communication and follow through.
