He goes by many names, but let's stick with Jimmy) was hands down one of the best car salespeople I've ever worked with. He went above and beyond, making sure I got the best deal possible. Even though I bombarded him with a million questions, he stayed polite, respectful, and super patient through it all. Not only did Jimmy handle all my concerns like a pro, but he also made the experience comfortable for my daughter, even letting me test drive with her in the backseat. I never heard of EchoPark before this, but now I can't imagine going anywhere else. I'll definitely be back for my next car, and I’ll be telling everyone to ask for Jimmy—the guy who can handle it all (and fellow left-hander, might I add)! Thanks again for a great experience.
