Recently, I had the privilege to meet and work with Jay. My daughter had been in an accident, her car totaled. She had very specific ideas of what she was looking for. Jay immediately started looking for her “unicorn”. Jay is knowledgeable, considerate , diligent, and easy to work with. He stayed in constant contact with me. I highly recommend Jay to find your “unicorn”.

No professionalism represented in management. Would not recommend for any service. Management needs in service on the importance of customer service and worth ethics.

Called for service on a recall. No answer and voice mailbox full. Three times. Called and asked for a manager. Said they would hand deliver my phone number to service dept. That was 8 hours ago. Still no call. Worst customer service out there.

I waited two hours to before anyone came to see about me by the time they came out I was already gone. Bad customer service for me .
