ALM Athens was great from start to finish. Tory Porcelli was my salesman. He took care of me and helped me get the exact truck I had been looking for. Billy, the General Manager was a huge help as well. Really appreciate their service. Thanks guys!

The General Manager, Sales team, to include the Sales Manager really step up to help! Great Job! I had to stop by on a trip from Florida and they were supposed to open at 9 am but when we pulled up at about 8:30 they got us a loaner and got us on the road again within 30 minutes and then once my car was fixed they met me half way! on dec 7th,2022 I spoke to a salesman named Justin. I told him the kind of car I wanted and he took very good care of me. also, any questions I had he took care of any problems I had. I could call him anytime and he always answered the phone. he did not try to sale me a new car, he did what I wanted him to do. no Hassels. if you want a very good salesman, he is the guy. thank you Justin for all your help.

Tory was a great help with us in finding our Chrysler Pacifica limited. He show us everything he had on the lot at that time he just did not have what I wanted. I told him exactly what I was looking for. The color interior and exterior all the bell and whistles I wanted. I have been looking for sometime now. Even made a trip to Orlando to get one that was a bust. Tory went to work looking to find my wants. He call to tell me he believed he had found the van. I think his name was Patrick, but he is the WORST. Super condescending and made me feel like I didn’t know what I was talking about.

I like how Allen Smith was always available and patient to all my question. I drove a hour to get the car, and I would do it again because I was very pleased with the negotiations and with the overall treatment.
