This is our 3rd vehicle we have purchased from Laurel Kia. We came back because we had such a great experience with a young salesmen Alex from our last purchase and were happy to see he is now the GM. We were introduced to Pierce who was so helpful and extremely knowledgeable of every car we looked at. We came in to look at a particular model and although it was a cold and rainy day Pierce was more than willing to show and have use test drive several vehicles. The time and patience Pierce had with use while we decided on a car seemed effortless for him. We wish him well and would recommend him and the dealership.
