They greeted me outside the building with a handshake and a smile. Listened to my limitations and wants and worked extremely hard to accomadate evrything.

Not only were the prices fair on the trade-in and the new car, but the customer service was outstanding. Pierce was fantastic to work with and Moe, in finance, was awesome. They made everything work out so we could drive away in a new 2014 Kia Forte as desired. The dealership is clean, easy to locate, and had a great inviting atmosphere. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the area.

I would recommend buying a car from this dealership and specifically Pierce, to anyone! This was an awesome experience (how many times have you EVER heard purchasing a car described this way?). Pierce was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and all its features. He was pleasant and professional and provided just the right amount of information to me. This was truly about me, not focused on "buying a car". When I came in to pick up my new vehicle, Pierce ensured that my car was polished to perfection -- I don't think there was a fleck of dust on the vehicle! He took the time to sit in my new Sorento with me and explain all the settings, all the controls and even synched my iphone with the Bluetooth on the vehicle! Laurel Kia really cares about its customers and that shows with the follow up emails I have been receiving. Pierce took the time to send me an email a few days after my purchase to ensure that I was comfortable with all the vehicle features - he offered to assist me with any other questions I might have.
