Pierce was very accommodating and accessible and knew the cars well. He's good at selling the strong points of the vehicles. He saw an issue with the lease paperwork that I missed (12K vs. 15K), and followed up with me to correct it. He noticed some tiny spots on the hood of the car and arranged for the car to be detailed. This type of professionalism is a positive thing for the dealership. The Service Dept followed up with a couple of phone calls to start a relationship with us, also a strength of this dealership. Didn't feel the same interest at Toyota or Lexus.

Andrew Ortiz was a fabulous sales person, he found the exact car I wanted and after my purchase, I enjoyed the fact that he spent time showing me all KIA Sorento features and how to use them. I would also like to recognize Mo, who handled all of the final paper work, had all paperwork ready to sign when I arrived, this is truly a blessing. Andrew Ortiz was extremely helpful, knowledgable, and patient. This was my first new car in 10 years and the first time I'd purchased a car by myself. I had discussed the purchase before I came in and he had everything ready to go. He even answered emails during the day (some of which were probably pretty basic). He was very polite and answered all of my questions. Although it was 5 pm on a Thursday evening (Halloween), I never felt rushed or that he would rather be anywhere else. He walked through all of the car's features (some more than once) and even demonstrated how to make a call with the Bluetooth to his phone, which he said to feel free to call if I had any questions. Overall, my experience with Laurel Kia could not have been any better. I would recommend the dealership to any of my friends and family without hesitation and would ask them to deal with Andrew. My experience with Laurel Kia (specifically Andrew Ortiz) was exceptional. I initially visited Kia a few months back out of curiosity for a new car. Andrew not only greeted me right away, but he helped me with all of my questions, showed me all the perks, and took time to address my concerns for a new car. What I like most of all is he did not pressure me to purchase right away and told me to do what was best for me, since I was just "shopping". I had never experienced this hospitality from a dealer before, so although I looked at other cars, I ultimately decided to go back to Kia since their service was so good. To my surprise, when I returned many weeks later, Andrew was just as helpful and curtious as the first time and helped me get the best Kia Soul they had (even had it sent in from another dealer just for me) and he walked me through EVERY step of the set-up process. I had to bring my Soul back in for a remote starter a few weeks later and he took care of everything perfectly and even stayed on the phone with Sirius XM until 8pm in the rain to fix a radio issue. I could go on and on, but hands down my expereince was phenomenal and I consider Andrew a friend now rather than my sales assistant. Visit Laurel KIA and ask for Andrew!!!

I came to Laurel Kia to upgrade an older Kia. Not accustomed to car purchases, my Sales Professional Jamal Allen was able to answer all my questions and assist me every step of the way. He brought to my attention all the current incentives KIA was offering and worked out a great deal where I ended up with a cool car at a great price and very low interest rate. His customer service and expertise on KIA cars was outstanding. Although a Sales Professional, Jamal's demeanor and easygoingness made him feel more like a friend.

Pierce was very professional and helpful during the whole sales process. Also everyone else I dealt with at the dealership did all they could to help me get this car. Definitely a first class organization! My Dad purchased a car, and gets it serviced, from Laurel KIA so my family will be back.

Nobody does it better! We recently purchased a new vehicle from Laurel Kia and have been very satisfied with the whole buying experience. Andrew was our salesperson, a young man very good at his job. Andrew listened to our requests and without employing any of the unpleasant, pushy tactics often attributed to cardealerships was able to get for us EXACTLY what we wish for. We initially filled out an application online. The next morning Jamal called me and took my information over the phone so I didn't have to make a special trip to the dealership. I went in later to look at couple of used vehicles never once feeling any pressure. I received a call later in the afternoon from Jamal and he gave me a few options over the phone. Again no pressure, he actually said "take some time, talk it over with your wife and call me back when you're ready. That evening I returned to the dealer with my wife & daughter. Again no pressure at all to make a decision right there. Jamal presented us with a few more options vehicle wise. He knew our price range and what we wanted in a vehicle and never tried to push anything on us. We ended up purchasing a 2013 Kia Rio that night. We were there well past closing time because everyone wanted to make sure we got the best deal possible and no one in the entire dealership made us feel pressured one time. I honestly can not find on negative thing to say about the entire experience. I would hands down recommend this dealer every day of the week.
