I was experiencing problems with my car not going in park...
I was experiencing problems with my car not going in park and the sensors coming on. My husband called and Kia was able to get my car in that day and said it would only take about 30 minutes. When I got there, they also said they would fix a current recall if I wanted them to. I agreed and it did not take over 45 minutes for the whole process. It was very fast and efficient.

I recently purchased a Kia Forte from Carriage Kia and I couldn't be more pleased. Especially with this being my first time buying a car, Chris and the staff were very understanding and helpful throughout the entire process. (Not to mention we found out we had mutual friends - nothing like dealing with a local boy.) Whenever I had questions about the specifics of the agreement or options like the Gap Insurance the staff was more than happy to explain them until they were sure I understood. Even weeks after the purchase I continued receiving calls, ensuring that I was pleased with my car. In all I was very pleased with my time spent at Carriage and I am confident that should I ever call on them in the future my needs will be addressed expediently.

We went in to test drive a Rio5 and they did not let me....
We went in to test drive a Rio5 and they did not let me. They pushed the Forte on us. Then when I wanted to walk away he made me feel stupid for being frugal. Then he did not give me my drivers license back and only when I woke up at 2:30am did I realize it was missing. After phoning back he said he gave it back to me, but they found it. He did not realize he was pushing the deal on me which is crazy he wanted to deal closed that night no matter the cost to me. And freaked out when I said I would come back to the next day. Then he said he would organize insurance and when I later checked with my insurance company there was not insurance. Bad, bad, bad in every aspect. Update: After being contacted by their customer support department I got an apology from the salesman. They definitely mad an effort to try and repair the situation. I also discovered that a car salesman cannot get you insurance you have to do it. You also have only 72 buss hours after the sales to get insurance I was not told this. I have since got insurance.

We did not intend to buy a car that day just looking at...
We did not intend to buy a car that day just looking at the Soul and was not pressured by Chris which we liked and he had us drive the car and we liked it and all the features, we then talked price and was not pressured in anyway (no wheeling dealing talk) then we came to a price and the credit manager came out and spoke to us for a long time and was very polite and nice and told us all about Kia products then after signing all the papers Josh came out an showed us all the buttons and how to work everything and we were thankful for that, we are not young so takes a while to learn, everyone could not have been nicer, the dealership customer areas were very clean. Was a good buying experience, like I said we did not intend to buy a car on that day but we did and very happy with it.
