We were treated with respect and courtesy by all the staff. We traded our 2010 Sedona for a 2012 Sedona. We orginally purchased the 2010 through Carriage Nissan in February and decided to get a newer model so we chose Carriage Kia and on March 17 got the 2012 Sedona. And we enjoy it so much. It has lots more features like the sliding doors, and phone capability. We would recommend Carriage Kia to all our friends and family. Great job Carriage Kia....keep up the good work.

I was very impressed with my service visit. From the begining of the appointment the staff was very knowledgeable, and honest, and upfront. The wait was not as long as I was told, which is a great feeling. The only somewhat bump in the road was the dealership pricing. However, with that being said I am willing to pay a little extra for the quality parts and the great experience. I definitely would reccomend them to someone.

I wasn't in the market for a new car. In fact, had my car not been totalled in an accident on Feb 26, I would have never even known a Kia. We were looking for a used car, as we always went that route, and hadn't even considered a KIA but my mom has a Hyundai and we have friends that were telling us it was a good car. Once we found out that Kia and Hyundai were the same and there was a dealer near us, we visited the Carriage KIA in Gainesville. Chuck and Orlando got the ball rolling and I found one that I wanted on line with all the features I was looking for in a car. Orlando called us and talked us into the new car, the warranty was one thing that attracted us, even though I have never had any issue with any of the 3 vehicles I'd purchased from Carmax. I didn't get all the features (air conditioned seats and Navigation system) but have enjoyed my new car, and would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new car.

I have had my new SUV for 3 months now and Carriage Kia has been GREAT! They called me for my 1 month check up on the car. Now I just had my first free oil and maintenance check and I was a little worried about scheduling on a Saturday afternoon and being stuck there on a beautiful day. I was in and out in 20 minutes. They were able to give me all the info I asked for to put a few extras on my SUV and I was still able to walk out and enjoy the rest of my afternoon.
