Carriage Kia was friendly from the start, never pushy, and allowed us to look at any and all vehicles that we requested. The salesman provided answers to our questions and worked hard to get us a price and payment that met our needs. My husband and I were made to feel as though we were the only customers there!!! It was a great experience. The staff at Carriage has followed up with us and be very helpful! I would recommend them to all my friends!

I received excellent service when I went to Carriage Kia....

I received excellent service when I went to Carriage Kia. Josh did a great job at explaining all the features the car entailed. He was able to answer all of my many questions. Josh even followed up with me a couple weeks later and made sure I was enjoying my new car. I left the dealership very pleased with my new car. I love my Optima and recommend it to all of my friends and family.

My experience with Carriage Kia was great! My husband and I stopped on the way for a weekend get away just for me to get the feel of a car. My salesman, Dustin Seagraves, was not pushy, he was very knowledgeable about the car and asked what I was looking for. He was also very understanding about being in a hurry and was very quick to get things in orer. The financing was also very good, Carriage Kia worked with me to get the payment I was looking for. The car and dealer was beyond my expectations. We ended up buying the car that day and driving it on our trip.

We were met on the outside of the building and welcomed immediately.Mike offered to drive us arround to look at the cars we were interested in. We test drove one, all the while Mike was telling us the features on the car. He was very informed, and answered all questions. The sales manager came by to talk to us, and the deal was finished in a timely manner. We were pleased with the way the deal was closed and it did not take our entire day to close the deal! We were offered coffee, popcorn and water while we were there. It was certainly a good experience for us.

My experience with buying a 2012 Kia Optima at Carriage Kia was a very pleasant one. The people there were very friendly, helpful, respectful, and I feel like I got a great deal on the car. I love my new Optima and the dealership has been great about following up with me to make sure everything is going well. I highly recommend Carriage Kia to anyone in the market for a new car.
