The staff were all very friendly and helpful on my visit to the dealership and the people I dealt with directly, Tim and Josh, especially so. Their work was quick and efficient. I would certainly suggest Carriage to anyone looking for a Kia. I believe they also sell Mitsubishi and Nissan automobiles as well so if you're not sure which maker you want there's lots of variety. Thanks for the great service and I am really enjoying my new Kia Soul!

From the time that I walked into the door to the time that I picked up the vehicle I received great customer service. Everyone was very friendly and eager to assist. Greg was diligent and worked hard to find the vehicle that I liked and was patient with all my questions and requests. All that were involved were great even the girl at the front desk that let me use her computer to print some of the information that I did not have.

Carriage Kia was very friendly from the time I walked on the lot. I told the salesman what kind of car I wanted. He explained all my options. As we went on the test drive, Michael explained on the features. He never pressured me into purchasing a car. When I decided I wanted to go up to the next level of the Optima, he still did pressure me. As we went back and forth about prices, Carriage Kia tried to give me the best deal possible.
