One Saturday morning I decided to stop by Carriage Kia...

One Saturday morning I decided to stop by Carriage Kia just to take a look at the new 2012 Kia Optima. I did'nt have any intention to buy a car that day...just looking. I met with a guy...name was Kevin. Man...he knew his stuff. He informed me about the optima inside and out. He suggested I test-drive the new Optima...could'nt refuse. To make a long story short,I had less than average credit and I was able to purchase the new 2012 Kia Optima,thanks to Carriage Kia. Sincerely, Rodney W.

Excellent sales and service team!! No pressure. Listened to what I wanted and delivered that and more!!! Was given a great deal on a new vehicle without the haggle. This is not the dealership for you if you are in the market for a high priced “name” sold in a luxurious dealership paid for with your hard earned money. However, if you are in the market for high quality, reliable, many of them built in the USA, vehicle at a very reasonable price, this is the place for you! This is my second KIA and I will be returning in the near future to purchase my teenage kids vehicles.

Kia in Gainesville is so great.Dustin is great to work with and we were in and out in less than an hour. Savannah explained everything. Love my new Kia. Following a request for pricing information after the...

Following a request for pricing information after the dealership was closed, we received an immediate response that we would be taken care of the next morning. As promised, we received a reply the next morning with all of the information we were looking for. We live 100 miles from Carriage Kia, but made the decision to put a deposit on the vehicle and drive out the next day to purchase it. This decision was made because of the pressure free feeling we got from the Sales Manager, and the great attention and respect we received when working them over the phone. Our intuition was met and exceeded when we arrived at Carriage Kia. Bryan met us upon arrival and brought the car around and then introduced us to Tim who answered all of our questions and took us through the paperwork. We then worked with Jeremy who introduced us to our new Optima and showed us how everything works. We have been dealing with numerous dealerships in the Atlanta area trying to get the pricing, vehicle and attention we feel we deserved for a couple getting ready to spend over $20k for a vehicle. The team at Carriage Kia exceeded our expectations. We will not only recommend them to our family and friends, but will be returning there for our future Kia vehicle purchases. They are SO worth the drive out to Gainesville to get phenominal service and pressure free deals.

The process was very pleasant. Only regret . . . that I didn't get another grand off the deal. Sales rep. was very helpful as was the inservice gal showing us how to operate the car. In short, I would recommend this dealership for fairness and attentiveness to its customers.

We had babysitting issues and so they stayed late for us....

We had babysitting issues and so they stayed late for us. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and answered all our questions. They took the time with us, we did not feel rushed. They did not haggle us over the price, but worked with us. On the phone, the staff was responsive to our calls, we did not feel ignored. A great experience!!

Liked somethings, car, tech guy who explained the car, but didn't like the pushiness,and how extremely long the overall process was. Some things are just expected from a dealership though so it wasn't much of a surprise the things I didn't care for
