I filled out some paper work on the fish 104.7 and Tim...

I filled out some paper work on the fish 104.7 and Tim Ingle called me and asked me to come in I told him I was up side down with my car and did not think they could help me Tim never gave up on me he said come see me and I will do my best to help you out. when I got there Tim was working with someone else at the time so he said Chris Stafford would work with me I told Chris I was just looking for a used car because my payments could not go up and did not think they could help me but would see what they had WOW Chris took the time out for me and treated me like I was family he put me in a 2012 Kia and my payments did not go up much at all but what I am saving in gas will make up it. all the people at Kia work together as a team and I was so blessed to have them help me out they took great care of me and treate me like I was family. Thanks to all at Kia and thanks to Chris Stafford and Tim Ingle you all ROCK your Friend in Chirst Cheryl Miller

My wife and I went to Carriage Kia to look at a used car...

My wife and I went to Carriage Kia to look at a used car that we saw online. After arriving we realized that we could buy a new Kia for around the same price. All of the staff were very helpful and worked real hard to help get our payment where it needed to be. I would highly recommend this dealership.

My husband and I went to Carriage Kia to "look"...

My husband and I went to Carriage Kia to "look" at the Kia Rio with no intention of buying. We went at 5:00 pm and we weren't even going to get out of the truck, but Orlando just snapped us right out and before we knew it we were signing for our new car. He was great! Persistent but not pushy! Because of his dedication, I am happier than I've been in a while because I know I am very safe when driving.

I stopped by just to visit, and found myself leaving with a new 2012 Optima EX. I had purchased a new 2011 Sportage EX in December 2010 due to my 2010 Soul Special Edition being totaled. So need I say more, 3 new vehicles in 3 years. Great Job Carrige!

I got my new Kia Soul here. There were some stains (from...

I got my new Kia Soul here. There were some stains (from coffee or fast food or something) on the interior panels, which was kind of a huge let-down, but they replaced the panels! I also wanted snow tires put on my Kia (since I'm a student in Vermont) and they ordered them from out-of-state. They even put a sunroof in for factory price! While I wish sales had been more honest about iPod connector (using an iPod classic is kind of a huge pain if you have more than 100 artists on your iPod), I'm very pleased overall with my car and the service thusfar on it.

I LOVE MY KIA OPTIMA and Carriage Kia! My husband and I were just looking at the Kia Optima while waiting on my Trailblazer to have new tires installed. We really were not looking to buy at that time, however Orlando and Dustin were great salesmen and offered me a deal I couldn't refuse! So I traded in my vehicle with brand new tires and drove off with my 2012 Kia Optima. Orlando was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and personable. Thank You Carriage Kia for working so hard to make our experience enjoyable.

The first trip we made to Carriage Kia we were just shopping. The salesperson, Chris Stanford, took the time to explain various features and of each model. We test drove 2 different vehicles. He answered all of our questions and gave us a quote. When we told him we would have to think about it he did not pressure us in any way. He followed up with a phone call during the week and when we returned, we still didn't know exactly which features we wanted. Again, Chris explained the various models and was very helpful without being pushy. Any questions he could not answer, he immediatly found the answer. I was very impressed with the entire staff's friendly, professional manner. I am looking forward to a long lasting relationship.

We worked with Leonard and Jeremy at Carriage Kia. My overall experience was great! We were looking for a SUV. We were debating on either buying a new Sorento or a used Sorento. After dealing with Carriage Kia and Leonard it was an easy choice. Leonard was not pushy but instead very friendly and worked very hard to get us the best price on our new Sorento. We are very pleased with the customer service we were shown. Our overall experience was wonderful. Since my wife and I are a younger couple we are not typically taken seriously by car sales departments. At Carriage we were taken very seriously and this resulted in us giving our business to a very friendly dealership.
