I cannot express in words how satisfied I am with the...

I cannot express in words how satisfied I am with the staff and the 2012 rio 5 itself. The car is perfect in every way. Even the coffee tastes good. They got me in and out in 20 minutes because I was in a hurry. Nobody can beat this value, NOBODY. 30 - 40 mpg with an 8.5 sec 0-60? This is my first Kia and I think I might be sold for life. I can't even imagine the next model to come!!!!

I absolutely love my new 2012 Kia Sorento! This is the second new Kia that I have owned and they are by far the best cars that I have ever had. It is so easy to drive a Sorento in traffic and the perfect car for when I alone or with family/friends. The dealership was awesome. Everyone very friendly and enjoyable to talk with. Michael Paglianti was great; giving me all the time I needed to decide on just the right car. He readily search inventory for requested color and features that were important to me. He understood that I didn't want to purchase features that I wasn't interested in. A few days after purchasing my new car, I returned to the Service department for items that had to be special ordered. The service department was prompt & friendly. I'm sure I will return to Carriage Kia for any and all future service the car needs. My sister is planning to also purchase her second Kia. She has heard me sing praises for Carriage Kia and plans to go there too! I'm glad I did!

We had a great experience at Carriage Kia. I actually was not planning on purchasing a vehicle the day we visited the dealership because I had not decided on the type of vehicle I wanted. But after Greg educated me on the Kia and I test drove the Optima we were ready to buy. Got a great deal on a great car.

I do not know where to start. The experience that my wife and I had at Carriage Kia was awesome. The experience started with a internet inquiry. That day I met Kevin. He returned me a quote on a car that matched my request. I specified to Kevin that I did not want the dealership calling me nonstop. He said they would not, and they did not. Unfortunately, I was unable to meet him face to face as he was not working on Sunday when we arrived at the dealership. There we met Shane Perkins. Shane was very polite and was receptive to our requests. The first thing we notice was the cleanliness of the dealership. It was quiet, neat, and the popcorn was easily accessible. But the best experience was the lack of pressure. Shane never made me feel pressured. Overall, this was the best car buying experience ever. We have only had the Kia Sorento for 2 weeks but my next car will come from Carriage Kia!

I was referred to Carriage Kia by a close friend. I had called to make an appointment then had to cancel due to some family illness. Shane was very considerate and understanding. When the opportunity finally arised the visit was wonderful and everyone there was pleasant and helpful. I plan on sending all my friends there. Blessings to them ALL.

First our salesman was very classy, no high pressure. Then just the looks of the car and the fact that it was built right here in the USA and in the state of Georgia! But the moment I drove it I looked back at my husband and winked at him, knew it instantly , this was my car ( we had been shopping for 5 days, many test drives). While we were driving , 104.7 was on the radio ( my favorite) SIGN !! Luis knew so much about the car answered every question we asked. Our experience with Carriage Kia was extremely pleasant. We drove over 3 hrs from Scottsboro, AL because the price of the car could not be matched at any other Kia locations closer to home. My husband had a pleasant experience dealing with Shane over the phone and in person. We would and have already recommended Carriage Kia to anyone seeking a great car and great service.
