Carriage Kia in Gainesville Georgia was great they were willing to work with my husand and I, at first started out to buy a toyota, but the people at toyota have lost thier will to be a friendly neighbor. Has soon has pulled up to the Kia place they were as nice as they could be to me and they know their stuff :] And you better believe I will be recommending anyone to the dealership. I love my car and they will be the first place I go to when I am looking to buy a new car! My over all experience and the price was just what I was looking for, you can not ask for a better customer service and quality of a car. And the bluetooth is unbelievable and a plus!!!!

The sales folks were pretty good went thru three in two days seemed like they kept passing me off to another sales asscociate. When I finnaly came in last time we got our deal, not exactly what I expected but for my fisrt car loan since bankruptcy I was happy i got . Was prommised 7 -9 % inded up with 11.9 . I have been happy with the car so far , I allready have 44,000 miles on it. The only problem I have seen so far is the Transmission seems to jump at times and Drivers side window does not work sometime. I travel for a living so getting the car in there is a chalenge. Over all for my first Kia its been pretty good. Thank You

I loved the amour of inventory on the lot. There was someone ready to assist us the minute we pulled up. Eric Driver was a great help. Not only was he polite and eager to help us find exactly what we were looking for he was extremely knowledgeable of the products he was showing. The rest of the staff was very friendly and willing to accommodate our needs. The dealership made sure we were happy with our car and they made sure we knew how to operate and utilize all of the features before we left.

their office is very tidy and all staffs are very friendly and kind. All the way to agreement, the guy treated me with care. Every place you go, you need to talk at least 1 hour with sales man, but here, you can enjoy that journey.

I had an excellent experience with Carriage Kia. Everything from the customer service of all the employees I spoke with, to the quality of work. Everything was explained to me and in a frienly manner. My sales person was Luis Neira. I am happy to report that my experience with him was excellent. I have not one single complaint about Carriage Kia. Overall Experience was great and purchased my 2012 Kia Optima at a great price too. I leased the Optima and had no problems with the finance part of the purchase. Thanks Luis and everyone at Carriage Kia!

I had a great experience at Carriage and feel that both Dustin and Leonard were extremely accommodating. I test drove a number of vehicles and left to look at other local dealers before making a decision. However, after discussion with my husband and without even looking at other dealers, decided that Carriage had a good product, good warranty and great customer service. Since my purchase, this has been demonstrated with great service to just remove a small spot on one of the seats. Carriage wanted to make everything just right and I really appreciate the way they treat people with respect and friendliness.

I'm always hesitant to enter car dealerships due to past...

I'm always hesitant to enter car dealerships due to past experiences with high pressure salespeople. I can honestly say that my experience with Mike was anything but high pressure. I had spoken by phone with Mike the day before and told him I'd be arriving the next morning around 9 am. When I arrived at the dealership he was the first to greet me, he remembered my name, and made me feel welcomed from the start. He later introduced me to the sales manager Chris and he too remember me from a phone conversation we had four days earlier. They gladly let me test drive two different model vehicles and explained the benefits of both. When my wife and I decided on the vehicle we were going to purchase they explored every option to try and get us every available discount and rebate that Kia and their dealership had to offer. They also gave what I thought was a fair price on my trade-in. Once the deal was closed they detailed the car for us (not that the car really needed it)went over the finance options and handed us over to their "techie guy" to help us decipher all the controls of the vehicle. Overall I would have to give the team at Carriage Kia a ten out of ten for the way my new vehicle purchase went. I'm looking forward to my first year of free maintenance and visiting with Mike and Chris when I'm at the dealership.
