Wvertyhing6was overall great. Good timing. Car washed and cleaned and also gave me great feedback on tires since I need soon. Gave me several options that I could use based on my budget. They are friendly and responsible and gave me an explanation of the full report so I had all the information of my Kia explained and understood.

From the day I bought my car at this dealership I trusted...

From the day I bought my car at this dealership I trusted that taking it back for monthly maintenance here was the wise choice as they would honestly do right by their loyal customers. After almost 9 years of my business they have recently disappointed me greatly in overcharging for servicing my vehicle for it's very first issue. I always choose Alex as rep and as always he was unbelievably nice. He’s the ONLY good thing about this interaction! As far as the actual dealership goes.....My check engine light came on so I had Kia run diagnostic (turns out they charge $112!!!!!). You can get a FREE diagnostic at Autozone! OR could buy a code reader for $45!!...then was advised that I needed parts for my car which cost over $300! At an auto parts store I can purchase them for exactly 1/2 that price! The supposed “manual labor” cost rounding the total cost $600! Highway robbery! After buying my parts at the auto store and then picking up my car I drove across the street and a family member put the parts in for me in no less than 3 minutes and said there was no way it should have been such a high cost! So disappointed as I hoped to continue taking my car there but never again. I will not continue to be swindled this way
