I brought my car sight unseen by text & phone calls. Once my salesman got my $5,000 down payment, he stopped responding to me all together. He did so very little to get the sale. Why couldn't he respect me enough to answer my questions & deliver my newly brought car? I had to get the sales manager to help me get my car. Another very very kind salesman brought me my car. He probably spent more time on the deal than the first horrible salesman. I wish he could have gotten the commission. I was actually worried that I had been scammed out of the $5,000 when he stopped responding to me. What a horrible experience! It should have been a celebration.

They did a great job took a little longer than normal but everything just open back up when I came down so it was a little longer to get my service done I just had a oil change and tires rotated and inspection of breaks in the normal stuff you don’t check

It is very easy to make a reservation online, often even on the same day. I typically wait at the dealership- the premises are neat and immaculate and there’s often a staff member who will approach you no sooner they see the slightest interest on your part in the newest models. And they do not loose interest once they know you’re not there to buy a new car. The service is often faster than you expect and there are no surprises when you get the bill. I found all this to be true already before the Covid-19 problems so it is not that now they have suddenly less work and more time for -and interest in- the customer. A very happy KIA customer. I had a Soul when I lived in Asunción, Paraguay and decided to upgrade to a Sorento when I retired to Massachusetts in 2018. Kept the car when we moved to Georgia last year and we are as pleased with the dealership in Gainesville as we were in Paraguay and Massachusetts!
