Not following through on what they tell you.
Having to do a oil consumption test ,due to the car using oil. Zipped locked my oil stick, like I would add oil and me trying to show them its using it. But they overfill it so its not a true reading. Also needing tires. Was told they would price match the tire price of the Ford dealership. Drove 50 miles to dealership and they would not match it, because they did not have tires in stock. They had Hankook 70,000 mile tires in stock, but two numbers in the stock number was different would not substitute them, are try to order. Some staff make you feel like you know nothing and are very arrogant.

Our 1st service visit with our new Telluride, so we were a little curious as to how it would go. Well it was professional from start to finish. The young lady that checked us in was very pleasant. She told us she was new. Our service consultant. Alejandro was attentive to our questions and politely walked us to our car when finished.

I dropped in late yesterday afternoon to make an appointment to have an oil change. In response to when I would like it, I asked if it could be done then. So it was done for me. I didn't realize how late it was, and so I really appreciate that the job was done in a very professional manner with no rolling of eyes and deep sighs at the end of a long day. I will NOT arrive so late next time I promise.
