EVERYONE was awesome!! The staff greeted us pleasantly and helped us out. I really felt like the staff really wanted to help us find a vehicle. I have never been treated so well at a dealership before. We will definitely come back to Carriage Kia for our next vehicle.

We were not planning on buying a car that day. We were just "window shopping", but that staff was very friendly and answered all our questions. They showed us a lot of cars but never pressured us. We have purchased cars and trucks from several different dealerships : Ed Murdock Dodge, Jacky Jones, Bryan Easler, and Athens Dodge. I have to admit Carriage Kia was easiest and most friendly of all of them. I have never been repeat customer of any of the other dealerships, but I lookin forward to doing business with Carriage Kia again.

Megan was, by far, the best sales person we've worked with and, at 56, we've bought a lot of cars in our lives. She made this such a positive experience and E-A-S-Y. What a joy! We were in and out of your dealership in under two hours. In our experience, that is unheard of! We would definately recommend her and your dealership to friends and, in fact, we already have. I live in Charlotte, NC and travel to Gainesville every week. The Kia dealership is close to the hotel we stay at so I decided to try this Kia for some service needs. From my first phone call to schedule an appointment- to walking out the door- it is a delightful experience. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The last time I was there I needed to have my car out in an hour (the time I was told they would need), and to my delight it only took 30 minutes! I'm not treated "2nd rate" even though I don't live in this city and didn't buy my Kia at this dealership. I highly recommend this location!
