I use this dealership everytime to get an oil change, or anything else for my Sportage. They are always very friendly and helpful. They are very accomodating and whenever I go there I find everyone to be very pleasant.

My vehicle was in for its second rewards program oil...
My vehicle was in for its second rewards program oil change and its first tire rotation. In addition, I had the service department install side step rails, door sill plates on all four doors, and a bumper protector. They also thoroughly washed and vacuumed my vehicle before I left. You couldn't ask for a nicer bunch of people to do service on your vehicle!! Always attentive....always professional. Before I bought my Kia Sorento, I had my Mitsubishi Endeavor serviced by them as well. Always received A+ service.

I scheduled an appointment and my requested time was immediately approved. When I came in, I was greeted quickly and cheerfully and was recognized by the saleman who sold me the vehicle. I was offered refreshments. The waiting area was comfortable and convenient. Service was quick and detailed explanations were given. Great service department and great dealership. I would definitely purchase from Carriage Kia again!

The Service Department, is to serve and everyone there does it, in a friendly and upbeat nature. Carriage Kia should be proud of their employees because I am a hard person to satisfy and they do it EXTREMELY WELL. I drive 75 miles to get my Kia Sorento serviced there which, in itself, should tell you something. I was impressed that they placed a protective cover over my steering wheel and a floormat in the car during my last visit. I have noticed that everytime I visit there, the customers in the waiting area always seem to be pleased and very happy to be there also which just makes the whole experience worth while! An oil Change is a very routine experience in most places but not at Carriage Kia!!! I would highly recommend anyone to have their vehicle serviced at Carriage Kia. Usually a lot of tension is experienced in Auto Dealerships but not here. Service is great, price is good, Quality is above par, people are friendly, I am always informed and I walk away happy!!! I would say, their right on point.

I walked in the dealership after being turned away from...
I walked in the dealership after being turned away from another dealership, so I wasn't expecting to get anything accomplished. But I was kindly greeted by Mr. Perkins, my salesman, and was certain he could get me in a new vehicle. I was so impressed by his diligence, he really keep me informed throughout the whole process. This was truly the best car buying experiences I have ever been a part of. Oh, by the way, I absolutely love my new Kia Forte!!!!

I have worked in the auto industry before so I know how...
I have worked in the auto industry before so I know how it all works. I was pleasantly surprised that the folks at Carriage are not the usual. Gary, my salesman, actually sat down and talked to me about cars in general, my needs, what I wanted to look at and what I might consider. I went to the dealership to look at a Sportage and I left with a new Alien Green Soul - which I love. If Gary had not been interested in what I really needed I might have missed out on the Soul. Gary and Chris worked together to get my new car all cleaned up for me - it was still covered in packing materials when I did the test drive. While they worked on those details we also did all the negotiating and paperwork. I was pleased with the outcome of the negotiations and drove my new Soul home that afternoon. I feel they were fair with my trade-in, which is not always the case in the industry. A really nice lady named Elyse did a walk-around with me when my car was ready to go. She had gone over all the books and guides with me while we were waiting for the car to be cleaned up. We sat inside the car and went over all the features. We set radio stations, synched my phone to the Bluetooth in the car and talked about all the cool things my new car had - like lights in the drink holder - what a great idea!!! I am hopeful that the service department is as awesome as the rest of the dealership and I will be giving them a try at my first service. I drove past another dealership to get to Carriage and I encourage others to do the same!
