These people treated me like family! I know that sounds...

These people treated me like family! I know that sounds corny and has been used too many times but it was really true. I needed a new key for my car and they tried to find the best way to get me what I wanted at the best price. While they were making my key they looked over my car to see what the condition of the belts, tires, etc. were in. I really felt like they enjoyed their job and they were so pleasant and the waiting room was very nice.

Great experience, Lamar Elrod is your go to man based on my experience. He was very open and honest with the entire transaction, went way out of his way to work with me. I'm sure the rest of the staff are likewise, if you have a need they will go way out to help you. I couldn't get back to the lot to pick up my truck and they delivered it to my work, a pretty good drive for them. Couldn't ask for much more, it is rare to receive such customer service these days, I'm sure you will agree. thanks Lamar.....Ron Gladson

I love this deal ship! They have the best service ever. Everyone was a real pleasure. They were patient and worked so hard to find my dream car. I will be back next time I buy another car for my daughter.

Best experience. Kevin and Paul worked hard to find us the right car for our unique situation. Paul and Kevin went way and beyond my expectations. Our situation was a very unique one, but Paul and Kevin made it happen. I m so in love with my Kia Sorento. They kept looking for us a car that made us happy. I will definitely recommend this dealership and to deal with Kevin and Paul. Thank you for your hard work.

Carriage was far more responsive and easier to work with than other dealers. They also had the exact car I wanted in stock. I would recommend Carriage.

Carriage Mitsubishi is wonderful! From the moment I drove...

Carriage Mitsubishi is wonderful! From the moment I drove onto the parking lot til finishing my, I was treated with respect. Russ Croft met me on the lot and greeted me. Within an hour of my arrival, I had chosen a vehicle and was on my way to purchasing an Outlander. I got a great deal. Thanks Russ and all who worked with me!!!!

I visited Carriage Mitsubishi for the first time today...

I visited Carriage Mitsubishi for the first time today and by far it was the best! I am still raving about the experience. First I was greated by a friendly woman (sorry can't remember her name) then was escorted into the clean and cozy waiting room. Gregory Milazzo came and explained the routine service to me. He was very friendly and courteous, explained everything to me and even helped me out by giving me a coupon book for my next visit. My checkout was even pleasant. This being the first time having my car serviced at a dealership, I was very impressed! I'll definately be back for my next service...see you in 8,000 more miles! :-)

The staff at Carrriage Mitsubishi was very friendly and willing to work within my means. They worked to make my purchase one that I could feel comfortable with without feeling I was overextending myself. I was a repeat customer and had driven my previous Mitsbishi for 12 years with no problems. When the time came for a new vehicle I knew without hesitation that I wanted to continue my history with Mitsubishi and continue working with a dealer that I knew that I could trust and rely on completely.
