People at dealership were very friendly and tried to get me the best deal possible. Everything went smoothly and I felt they were very honest. I was in a real hurry and they were very accommodating of my schedule. Never purchased a vehicle as easily as I did here.

Very friendly and quick service. My longest wait has been 45 mins. and I consider this a short time. They recommend appts. but I called when I was on my way and they worked me in for an oil change.

I have rated "great" for all the criteria because the customer service took me in without having an appointment, and she was also friendly. Quality of the work must be good because they didn't take too long or too short of a time to change my oil. The overall experience was great because it was done in a tolerable time and treat the customers in a friendly manner.

I was recently the victim of a vehicle fire and my jeep was a total loss, that also caught my house on fire. Being homeless and vehicle less I needed a car in a hurry. I looked into 3 dealerships and was immediately put at ease by Kevin Craft at Carriage Mitsubishi he was patient with me and my situation and was able to get me into the vehicle I wanted. Josh did a great job explaining the vehicles features. My experience was over all very positive and put me at ease when so much in life was not. I will do business with them in the future, and I have already recommended them to a friend.

looking for a new car on the net for my daughter, she then found a car that she liked and at a good price within her payment plain. we sat down with lamar to talk about this car.The car we were told was sold that day, but wanted to know if he could find a car with about the same payments that she was looking at,would we still buy a new car from him. lamar worked with my daughter and me and we drove home in a new mitsubishi that night.

I went to Carriage Mitsubishi based on an internet referral. I was looking for a specific make and model, and the dealership did a great job making the deal work. They did not waste my time; I arrived at the dealership at 10:15 and was driving my new car off their lot at 1:15. Three hours start to finish including getting the agreement, doing all the paperwork, having the car detailed and filled up, and having their delivery person go over features with me. Totally painless and I appreciate the fact that they respect the customer's time.
