I loved my experience with Mark at Carriage, he was very informative and explained every detail that comes with the car. The experience from the time I walked in and met with Mark to the time I drove off the lot with the car was very positive, I felt very comfortable and at home with the dealership. Very pleasant. They even worked with me and accepted a personal check for the car. Mark worked with me on a great deal for the car, the out the door price was right in my range where I wanted it to be. I'm looking forward to the future I have with the dealership. Hey, they even give you a free 25 dollar gift card to your choice of restaurant from a list. I first got to know the folks at Carriage Mitsubishi when we purchased a used 2004 Lancer and a used 2006 Galant. I brought both of these cars in for service and was very satisfied. Both of these cars proved to be very reliable. We recently decided to upgrade my wife's car. We originally looked at the Outlander sport and liked it a lot. Mark Merek was very helpful in showing us that particular car. Also Amanda Minish was very helpful and stayed in touch. We decided to also look at a Lancer Sportback. Again Amanda Minish was very helpful and let us drive the car home overnight. This allowed my wife to really take her time and evaluate the car. We brought the car back the next day and made an offer to purchase it. Paul Nicholas was the sales manager working that morning and we were able to make a deal. Many thanks to Paul for all his work helping us put the deal together. Tim Rutherford Jr. was also working the floor that day. Tim was a great help he worked with me on the trade and purchase of a new vehicle. Paul the sales manager was a great help in the whole process too. The sales staff in general were very friendly. Very helpful with informing me on the features of my new car. They also worked with me on the removal of some accessories that were not involved in the trade value of my old car. The reason I gave such a great rating is at most car dealerships you would be there for hours test driving numerous vehicles and at Carriage they had the exact vehicle I was looking for and was in and out of there in about 2 hours. That is the fastest deal I every made since I started buyin vehicles. This was our first car purchase, and the people there was nice. Especially their new guy Shane, he was very patient with us, answered all of our questions to the best of his knowledge, we felt very comfortable around him from the start. Paul was very understanding, nice, and professional.

MR Rutherford was up front and explained every thing . Even though I was not able to get the used car I had wanted to buy. He explained how that a new car would better serve the needs that I was looking for. He told me how that the new car would be better for my needs and informed me of the Warranty and other advantages of a new car versus a used car. Then he worked very hard to find a deal for me that would best suit my needs. I was very impressed and pleased with the deal he offered. I feel like that he went beyond the call of duty to get me the best deal. I thank him and will tell my friends about the deal that I was able to get at this dealership.
