I was welcomed at the dealership very late...close to store closing hours but everyone was helpful and friendly. I ended up closing the deal on my Mitsubishi that evening but the car was not available so I was given a courtesy car until it arrived. Savannah was expert at relaying the complicated knowledge and setup of all the on-board vehicle systems. Truly a complete experience!

Our experience purchasing our new outlander was exceptional. Very quick and friendly sale! One suggestion would be for Savannah to not tell new car owners that the traction control button should just stay on all the time unless your wanting to do doughnuts or something like that. But overall everything was wonderful. Very pleased!

WOW!!!! This was the best experience that I have ever had purchasing an automobile. Normally buying a vehicle is not a pleasure in any way, shape or form for me. Bad dealers have jaded many people, including myself. Kevin, my salesperson was one of the nicest, most sincere car salesman that I have ever dealt with. Very relaxed and non pressuring which was a pleasure. Having lost a business many years ago, I have been paying the price ever since. I finally got my credit back to a decent score but was still having a hard time getting financing as I am self employed. I received and advertisement in the mail and called, not believing what it said. Kevin told me to come see him and I did. I told them that I had given up and was going to continue to drive one of my company cars. They said they could work it out and I told them that I did not believe them but to go ahead and try. Well, I was wrong and they were right, I am now driving a very nice Tundra and am very pleased. If you have had any issues in the past, go see these people. If you have not had any issues in the past, still, go see these people. Professionalism to perfection and they got my deal done. Amanda and the finance team there really were the best that I have ever dealt with. Highly recommended. On top of that, they are genuinely nice people.

I knew I needed a new car. It was time. I was attracted to either a Mitsubishi or a Subaru. After visiting each of their websites many times, I finally decided to take the next step and inquire more information on their line of cars. Within minutes Carriage Mitsubishi had emailed me and contacted me by phone. Working with my scheduled they set up an appointment. Mark Marek took care of me throughout my experience. He is very knowledgeable about their line of cars and other similar lines. He was experienced and very easy to talk too. He and the sales manager Paul Nicholas worked with me and the bank to get the best interest rate on my potential purchase. After I decided to purchase the vehicle, which was an adventure in itself, the process could not have been better or more convenient for me. The car I decided to purchase was a little rare as that I was very picky as to how I wanted it. Mr. Marek found the exact car I wanted within minutes and had the car delivered the next day ready to go. For the time it took for the car to arrive they put me in a very nice dealer car free of charge for me to use as I waited on my dream car! The next day I arrived excited to own my dream car and was very surprised at the service I received. Upon arrival there was a representative from Mitsubishi who then showed me everything on my car and how to use it. After this she then took me to the service department and showed me around for when I come back for the free scheduled maintenance. Kudos to her! I felt like a superstar at this point. Overall I could not have had a better experience. I am extremely satisfied and happy with my purchase.

USAA recommended Carriage Mitsubishi as part of their car buying service. The staff was very helpful in both explaining the terms of the paperwork and details of the car. They made sure that every question I had was answered (something that most dealerships do not take the time to do). The dealership is very dedicated in ensuring that the customer walks away satisfied. Not only did I get the car desired, but a great payment plan as well!

I am from Memphis,TN and have never bought a vehicle out of state. Mark and Paul made my experience a good one. If I had to do it agian, I would not hesitate to use Carriage Mitsubishi in Gainesville, GA.

I am a Mitsubishi repeat customer. I drove a Montero for 9 years and it was time for a trade and Carriage Mitsubishi gave me a fair price for my SUV. I was in and out within a few hours and left driving a new Outlander Sport. This dealership is prompt and courteous!
