Carrriage Mitsubishi dealership is one of the best. Its my thirt new car and this was best buying experiance. They are very polite, no presure to buy.The good thing is,that they still nice and friendly after you sign papers. They keep verbal promises...I would like to thank Paul Nicholas-he is the best.

I looked up a Certified Dealer thru USAA and they honored the price for the SUV I was looking for. They had the best price and treated me with respect over the phone and explained every single detail of the purchase and deal I was getting. They even delivered the vehicle for a minimal additional amount. I have never had a car delivered to me so easily and within 12 hrs of contacting them. Car looked amazing and they have been in touch with me during this last week. Thanks to Tank (Salesman) and Paul(Manager). Also thanks to the USAA. BEST PURCHASE EVER!!!

Having had a really bad experience from the Mitsubishi dealer at Marietta last year, I decided to try out Carriage Mitsubishi. Suprisingly, everything went smoothly. Kevin got me a reasonable price and always kept me upated before the actual delivery. Overall, it was a great experience!!

The reason for our visit to Carriage was for servicing of our Mitsubishi Endeavor. However, we had started to research leasing a small vehicle for use at our Florida Condo and so we walked into the showroom.. It was not our intention to buy a car when we walked through the sales door. The first person to greet us was Sales and Leasing Consultant Mark Marek. Mark did an excellent job of understanding our needs and finding a car/financing solution that worked best for us. The Finance and Delivery team were professional and fulfilled all necesary requirements. By the time we left, we drove our new Mitsubishi Lancer home. I would recommend both Mark and Carriage Mitsubishi to any of our friends.

I have been very happy with my association with Carriage Mitsubishi. This is my third Endeavor SE, and I have never had any major problems with any of the vehicles. I went to Carriage as our local Mitsubishi dealer in Chattanooga, TN, did not have any Endeavors throughout the whole year. The staff at the Carriage dealership in Gainesville, GA, were very helpful in finding the vehicle I was looking for. They were also very professional and courteous and gave me a good deal on my new car. If I need to purchase a vehicle in the future, I will surely contact Carriage Mitsubishi.
