Best New Car Buying Experience Ever
Everything and everyone could not have better. All the aspects of this buying experience were "on spot" right. Not too much or too little of anything. And just the right amount of everything. I feel like Goldilocks From the three bears. My wife who usually hates these buying experience was greatly impressed and let me assure you that is the finest testament you can receive.

Best New Car Buying Experience & Service Dept Ever
I had been having my 2013 Fusion Hybrid that I bought at another dealer serviced there for 3 years and have been extremely satisfied. So when I decided to buy a new car I gave them a shot. I am in my late 70s and have bought many, many new cars. Let me say without any hesitation that this was far and away the best buying experience I have ever had. Not going into every detail, let me say that everything was perfect (not too much and not too little) just right. I felt like Goldilocks from the "Goldilocks and the Three Bears" tale when she found everything "just right" My best review is for the checking out process. My wife really, really hates the process of spending money and signing, and signing many documents. When we were done she was not stressed out in the least and very happy with the 15 minutes or so that the process took. Let me say that this is the highest praise and dealer can get. If you knew her as well as I do (47+yrs married) you would understand how good they were. Dave Biggs and Fred especially
