Good clean shop and friendly service staff

Friendly service staff. They took care of all issues.Do too there service dept. I have bought 10 Vechicle there and will buy next one there as well.

Great service.

Bob Moore, and Chad Cullen, both did and excellent job. And Chad answered every question I had. And got my car from another city to me the same day.

Great service. Very accomodating

Fred and Huck do everything they can to accommodate us with every aspect of purchasing and servicing our vehicles. Service department always does their best to get us in even on short notice.

great service, very informative

The staff is very friendly and informative, always make you feel comfortable, Toni and Jim are very good at letting you know if there is something that comes up you were not expecting and how we can work with fixing it.

no hassle bargaining

No haggle low price, Your inventory! The dealership was laid back and very good tone. i did not feel stressed. most people rate a dealership long after they have left and talk with someone with another car or truck and ask what did you pay!!! no one likes getting screwed, note i did not go back to where i got my SUV but came to you!! I liked alot about Fucillio and you will see me first in 3 years at lease end. I do want mgmt to know Kevin Royce at fucillio Netleston was great too, only reason i did not go there was inventory. Adams had color and engine i wanted. That said Kevin Hadley was great in every area.

I was not pressured into buying a vehicle. Sales people were willing to give me the deal i wanted. I felt like i got the vehicle i wanted on my terms

Ed Donato MADE IT HAPPEN for me

Ed Donato really did make it happen. This last summer I stopped to one of those big tent sales in Canton and all they made happen was about 15 letters saying no. I wasn't very confident that I would get approved. But, I gave Lynn all my information and she said she would call me the next day. Honestly I didn't expect a call back once they saw my credit score. The next day Lynn called back and before she could say anything I said, bad news, that's okay and she said no not really I WAS APPROVED, and I was approved for a brand new 2015, PRAISE GOD. Ed worked until he found a bank that would help me. My payments are where they needed to be for my budget and that was important. So I will always do my auto buying with Ed at Fuccillo Auto Mall. Thank you Ed you did a great job.
