Had no interest in buying or leasing a new car. But sales rep showed me a host of options and they made sense. Happy to drive away in a 2024 KIA Seltos.

Walked in the building and was greeted nicely. Then introduced to Vanie. Vanie took me under her wing and walked me through my options with leasing my vehicle. She did a great job and was very friendly.

Best salesman I have ever dealt with! Loved dealing with him! Had a good morning chatting with him-very friendly, and did his best to get me the deal I wanted. Very hard to believe he was only 22-sweet with an old soul

I purchased a 2024 Kia forte gt line on 2-9-24 and it

I purchased a 2024 Kia forte gt line on 2-9-24 and it has scratches all over the hood and Alex and his superviser told me I signed and paid for it and there was nothing they could do about it Ps, I purchased it with a cashiers check so it was paid for before I left the dealership. They dont't care about you once you sign the paperwork and don't back there product.

We have been in contact with General Manager, Mike Capadona who let us know that we did replace your hood and we do apologize that you are still not satisfied. We assure you that we do care about our Customers and their satisfaction however, we believe moving forward this will need to be addressed with the manufacturer. We do hope you are able to find a resolution and end up enjoying your Forte.

I called Kia custumer care. her name is Zoi 520-274-1188 She said the probem is yours. She also said that you told her the probem was fixed. That is a outright lie. I have the pictures of the hood you exchanged it for it and it is as bad as the first one. I took the car to a repair shop and have the written estimate for repair. Have you even seen it??? Most dealers would repair the problem to keep a custumer. So I KNOW you have TWO hoods for a kia Forte GT Line that are scratched up. The color is sporty blue. Custumers beware of this dealership. They will NOT help after they make the sale. They don't care . P.S. Who in their right mind would be happy with a scratched up new car. Of course I am not satisfied. It was for my wife for Valentines day. She is far from happy. Thanks for ruining her day.

James was great as a salesman.

James was great as a salesman. He listen to what I wanted and needed in a car and directed me straight to the Sorento. He was extremely knowledgeable about the car. He actually showed me two levels and let me decide for myself. He said he would be available for questions anytime and I believe him.
