I continue to get screwed by this place.
I continue to get screwed by this place. They put the wrong VIN# on the sales order so now my financing through my bank is messed up. Same with the insurance. They changed Vin #'s 3 times during the process. They lie to you about interest rates saying they’re partners with banks and get their best rates. Lies because when I went to the same bank they gave me a rate 3% lower than what they told me. They lost my deposit when I was holding my car until it arrived. Waited 3 hours to leave with my car when I showed up with everything and a check for the full amount. Their finance dept is just a mess. When I wanted something to be done about the ridiculous wait, the manger wouldn't do anything. Let alone even speak to me. NEVER AGAIN. **Avoid this place at all costs. You will waste so much money in interest with them and waste so much time. **

Salesman did a great job.
Salesman did a great job. I felt that finance was a little sketchy by not including 1st months lease payment during negotiation of down payment until the last minute of contract signing. I have leased for years and this never happened before. Initial out of pocket expenses have already been discussed during sale, not slipped in at contract signing, and typically 1st month lease payment has not been due upfront. This felt deceiptful.

I tried three different ways to get a price for an oil
I tried three different ways to get a price for an oil filter to no avail. Thankfully my sales person, Alex, was able to get this information. Does not give one a warm fuzzy feeling about bringing the vehicle in for service! Dholli Bollon wasn't listed however she was very helpful in the beginning of the purchase process.

The only beef I got was that the dashboard I test drove

They may be able to sell you a car, but they sure can't service it. I am done with Matthews Kia. BTW check the tab on service and see what I'm talking about. I own an EV and they have failed to update the software (important) and items covered under warranty because frankly they don't know how to perform these tasks or, are lazy. A person I shared the waiting room was in for the 4th or 5th time (driving in from an hour away)...to repair a horn that wouldn't work (told they had the part) and then they didn't have it (after he sat waiting)...then were going to pull it off a new car. This is how their service is!?! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!
