I was in and out with a new lease within 3 hours. Love my new lease. Went on a Tuesday morning. Almost empty good time to go. Once they knew what I wanted sale went quickly.

They did a great job getting us out with our new car. Woody told us 1.5 hours and we were done in 1.5 hours. Thanks Woody.

I had an oil change & tire rotation on 5/6 WORST service visit in my life! 10:30 appointment, took my vehicle @ 11:15. After completion, vehicle sat outside for at least a half hour before someone came to get me. Tire rotation never took place, but was charged for it! I was reimbursed. Service desk ciaos, one person. Service manager unavailable, "will call you". He's been "in a meeting" since last Thursday! Still have not heard from him! General manager also "in a meeting" Bunch of BS!!!

I had a great experience with Fuccillo Kia! They made buying my new car a fairly quick process and the staff were all very friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who values excellent customer service.

Andre was great to work with, and made the entire experience very pleasant. Came out without an obscene amount of fees that most other dealerships usually tack on, and was very easygoing.

I asked them to change the horn from my old Soul to the new Soul they only removed the old horn. The clamed they'd had to take the front bumper off the new one to do the swoop. I did it just by taking the bottom dust cover off and did at home in 45 minutes. I could have done it faster if I had a lift. After buy my forth Kia here you'd think they'd do it for me.

Liked my customer service, don't like this site and the way you rate your employees. Bought many cars from you, don't make me change dealers!!!

Will never buy from Fuccillo again. Vehicle had a missing brake light and back-up light. Also missing socket for the light. Not sure how the car got inspected with the missing equipment
