Found the car I wanted, got financed and drove the car home same day. The sales staff, finance department very knowledgeable and friendly.Would definitely recommend Fuccillo Kia to others looking for a vehicle.

Dave Denero was awesome in obtaining the car I requested. He didn’t push me to accept a car on the lot as I was quite specific with my request. Dave and his team located my car in 48 hrs. Thank you, thank you , thank you!!!!

Worst experience ever! We’ve bought at least four cars...

Worst experience ever! We’ve bought at least four cars from here in the last 12 years and we have been treated like crap. Not enough room to express our dissatisfaction. Sales manager doesn’t seem to care about our concerns no matter how many times we call. Never again. I have a plus 800 credit rating.

Went in to test drive a vehicle(s) on line. Test drove,and chose the Sorrento. Sales rep Matt Capbianco made the purchase easy and a pleasant experience. Would definitely recommend this Kia dealer to friends and family.

We found the car that we were interested in to be as described on their website. Our sales person, David was very helpful and personable. He made sure our transaction was a smooth process. We were happy to drive away with our new vehicle.

I contacted them through Car Gurus and they responded...

I contacted them through Car Gurus and they responded right away. The dealership is a 4 hr drive for me so the deal needed to be done over the phone. They accepted my first offer on a 2019 Optima SXL without trying to squeeze me as many other dealers had done. Upon arrival they honored the deal and the financing was very straight forward without the dealership trying to tack on any other fees (dealer prep, car cleaning fees or any other such nonsense). Just tax and $120 in registration and title fees. I would DEFINITELY enthusiastically recommend Ficcillo to anyone looking for a headache free used car experience.
