Second sale with Andre who is great. Got a decent price on a new Seltos. I felt like I got taken a bit on the trade in value that was promoted to me in the flyer sent compared to what I got. Overall, I've been happy with my sales and service at Fuccillo Kia over the past 5 years though.

Andrew was very friendly and knowledgeable. Not sure if all the registration went through in a timely manner. I purchased my new vehicle two weeks ago and I still have not received my registration. Not sure if it’s their fault or the DMV. Overall, still a good experience

Overall experience was good. Was pleased with the quickness of the process, other than the initial wait for vehicle to arrive in stock. A few features would have been nice to have gone over a bit better. Trade payoffs should be done a bit quicker, I felt 2 weeks was a bit long as I had another payment come do
