my husband and i went to Kia today to get what we were hoping for a new car and we left with just that we couldn’t be more please with the service we received i would like to thank them all but i would especially like to say thank you to one of the sale managers Heath and the sales person we worked with Woody who BOTH went above and beyond to make sure we left happy and in what we were looking for and i have to say we left there VERY happy we were beyond pleased with the service and treatment we received today HIGHLY recommended and we will be back again! My salesperson Andrew was so helpful every step of the way. From explaining everything to helping me with the all electronic gadgets in the before pulling away ! He was awesome. Keith also was wonderful working with me on the financial part and also explaining everything so I understood the process. I highly recommend Kia. My experience was great. I am loving my new Kia 😊

The service team at Fucillo Kia in Schenectady is terrible. Don’t accuse customers of going to someplace else to get their car serviced, when YOU put the wrong parts on to begin with. Don’t tell your customers there’s nothing wrong with their car when they bring it in, when there actually IS. Our vehicle was at your shop for THREE MONTHS, while we still had to PAY our monthly payments and you still didn’t even fix the car correctly. Do you make it a habit of accusing customers of things? How about accusing your own service techs?
