I contacted them through Car Gurus and they responded right away. The dealership is a 4 hr drive for me so the deal needed to be done over the phone. They accepted my first offer on a 2019 Optima SXL without trying to squeeze me as many other dealers had done. Upon arrival they honored the deal and the financing was very straight forward without the dealership trying to tack on any other fees (dealer prep, car cleaning fees or any other such nonsense). Just tax and $120 in registration and title fees. I would DEFINITELY enthusiastically recommend Ficcillo to anyone looking for a headache free used car experience.

the experience at Fuccillo Kia was wonderful. My salesperson, Matt, made my whole experience from the test drive through the purchase, a pleasure. I couldn't find my lien release for my trade-in & he magically went online and found it. In addition, my insurance company was closed on Saturday by the time we were finishing up my paperwork - and he took care of that also. It saved me having to come back at a later date, which was huge as I live 90 miles away! I would absolutely recommend both Matt & the Fuscillo Kia to anyone who needs to purchase a car.
