This is our 4th Kia we purchased from Fucillo. I was happy our salesman Andrew was still there. He is friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and a great representative of Fucillo. No haggling over price, met my price point.

The service team at Fucillo Kia in Schenectady is terrible. Don’t accuse customers of going to someplace else to get their car serviced, when YOU put the wrong parts on to begin with. Don’t tell your customers there’s nothing wrong with their car when they bring it in, when there actually IS. Our vehicle was at your shop for THREE MONTHS, while we still had to PAY our monthly payments and you still didn’t even fix the car correctly. Do you make it a habit of accusing customers of things? How about accusing your own service techs?

What a terrific experience I had with Fuccillo Kia. After getting the run around from local dealers in my area I saw Fuccillo had the exact model I wanted nearly 3 hours away from me. After putting in an inquiry, Billy called me back and was able to do the price I was looking for. I worked with Andrew during my visit who is terrific! I ended up getting to the dealership early and he was a bit busy but was able to start the test drive and paperwork saving us some time. He made the whole process super painless and relaxed and I doubt I'll have a better experience at any other dealer. Lastly, their Covid-19 set up made us feel extremely safe as all the tables were very separated and everyone was wearing a mask. I am extremely happy with the quality of service and with our 6 hour round trip I would absolutely do it all over again. Thank you Andrew and Billy for the car of our dreams!

My satisfaction wasn’t so much with the dealership per say as was working with Andrew Porter. Andrews approach to getting me into a car I did not plan on purchasing was nothing short of exceptional. Never pressured or alluded promotions were ending. He had me come in and test drive the the new K5. He said I would not regret taking the time out to test drive. He was right !! Andrew comes across being straightforward and honest, that’s what is exceptional for me!!

Sales rep was very knowledgeable and easy to get along with. Rep didn’t try to upswell me or force me to get a higher trim. He wasn’t pushy and got a very nice deal. Didn’t come off as a scummy sales rep he came off as very professional and would HIGHLY recommend him to family searching for new cars as well
