Kenny in service makes Fuccillo! He was very helpful. He was great at calling us and returning phone calls. Thanks so much for making a frustrating car issue turn out to be a great ending. Would definitely bring my car here again if needed.

Very accommodating & helpful :)

I came in to see if I could get an oil change and other services, as recommended. They were very helpful and got me right in, explained what needed to be completed, had the work completed and sanitized my car afterwards. I would recommend the service dept. at this location for sure :)

The staff was friendly, I had a particularly great experience with Will. He gave me quick, straight forward pricing, and made the whole purchase quick and easy. Couldn't recommend him more highly.

Replacement Parts

AFter paying for and ordering replacement parts, scheduling the visit all went well. CJ was very attentive and helpful. I was glad I could pay for parts over the phone with a credit card.

Thank you Kenny for helping this out-of-towner!

A shout out to Kenny Morrison and the Fuccillo Kia team. While driving up from NC to visit my mother road debris damaged my air conditioner condenser. I had my sister call ahead to schedule an appointment upon my arrival in NY. The problem was promptly diagnosed and the part number provided for my NC dealership since I had to return home the next day. Wish I could have stayed to get it fixed in NY because the labor rate at Fuccillo was $24 less per hour than my NC dealership. All the best to the Fuccillo folks. Good people.
