Well done; efficient

Well organized with good accommodation to Covid-19. Man at check-in was very affable and did a good job cleaning car after service. After six years using Fuccillo service for two KIA Souls, I am very pleased with the service department.

The service department was speedy and very helpful.

I needed a QUICK fix and I got one. Missing a cover on my consul for the manual shift override. Called the towing company who blamed the dealership service department. No one wants to claim ownership and I don't want to have to eat the cost. The Kia family has always treated me well - so this is a situation in progress. LOVE my KIA Crew!!

I have bought several cars from Fuccillo and this was the first time that my first service was not free or car vacuum. Slightly disappointed.

Upon closer inspection, this certified car had MANY...

Upon closer inspection, this certified car had MANY scratches, was not cleaned out and had some sort of hardened goo on the bumpers. NOT HAPPY!

great service

This is my second Kia Sportage that I purchased here. The service department has always been excellent as had the sales department. I will continue to purchase from them. I wish they sold pick up trucks. .
