Great job

Got at the dealership 8:30am Sunday morning, told sales person what car I wanted, and was able drive it home by 11:00am. It just doesn't get better than that.

Very Good

Because our salesman William was very good at understanding our need and making sure they were met.The whole team went above and beyond to meet our expectations and the price point we wanted to be at for our new Kia

Overall everyone was polite and courteous.

Quick service

I was told it would take about 20 minutes to complete the recall on my car, and that is about how long I was there. My 2 year old enjoyed checking out the books in the lounge, and running around the building - so I was thankful it really was as quick as they stated it would be.

He makes getting a new lease very smooth Always personable when he sees you back . He never disappoints! We already told him when he leaves fucillo We do to . No one can do what he does. He’s priceless and your best asset.

Awesome customer service!

Michael Costello was so helpful with me getting my first car and so nice. He went out of his way (which he didnt need to do) by meeting me to make sure I properly got my license plates on. In the future for another car I hope to have great experience like he gave.

it was outstanding

I must say that in all my years of buying cars from your dealer ship, Mike Costello was one of the greatest salesmen that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Mike has a great personality, he was friendly and easy to talk to. He was up front and honest every step of the way. When I called Mike to look into buying a new vehicle I told him what I was looking for and the price range I wanted, he looked into it and did his homework, with in a hour he called me back with a few vehicles that were on the lot. Mike went above and beyond what a salesmen would do. I highly recommend Mike to all my friends and co-workers. I couldn't ask for a better person to do business with.

, I didn't have time for the driving test that is why dealt with you by phone thinking that you are a serious company, the car doesn't the backup camera as you mentioned.it is not serious from you
