First time buyer

Our kids are 8 & 6, he went out of his way to go to McDonalds & buy the kids ice cream cones for being so patient!

Very friendly people, helpful and knowledgeable. Very helpful with financing. I would recommend dealership to anyone looking for a good quality preowned vehicle. Good selection.

Great dealership and sales team

This was my 3rd lease with this dealer and I would definitely continue doing business with them! The sales people that I worked with (woody & Emily) were very nice and helpful. I never felt pressured once

Woody was fantastic - Above and Beyond

Woody was our Salesperson twice. He helped in the purchase of my first "Soul" and he was also helpful in the upgrade to my new 2020 "Kia Soul". His personal customer service is unbelievable. He was very busy that day but did not neglect us and was always in the background making sure all was going as should be. I wouldn't want another other salesperson.

Always well taken care of

Pulled in with my Sorrento and head into service and greeted. Exchanged keys and info and waited. In a decent time frame, tires rotated, oil changed and fluids topped and car computer updated. My car was not purchased from Fuccillo this time around rather Destination and they could not fit me in. I had to hear technicians were down and even though my service reminder was never set and I was over a lot for my oil change, they could still not fit me in. I was told go to a Jiffy Lube! I immediately called Fuccillo because for the past 3 years with my first Sorrento, they never let me down and sure enough they still have not! Love it-thank you for fitting us in so my family and I could travel the next day on vacation with my mind at ease.

Good experience

Fast and professional service by your staff. Very courteous and thorough. All of my questions and concerns were addressed. The waiting area is very clean and comfortable.

No pressure

Having purchased four vehicles in past years from Fuccillo dealerships I knew we wouldn't be pressured into something we weren't comfortable with. The saleslady that helped us was very pleasant and knowledgeable and helped keep us with a payment we could afford. My wife and I felt comfortable through the experience and I'm sure you will see us again for future purchase.
