Engine Splash Shield
My engine splash shield was falling off my car, caused by a different shop doing an oil change. While there were many unforeseen complications, Mr. Morrison did his best to provide me with great service and a new splash shield. I appreciate his patience and kindness throughout my experience.

Great sales experience
I came in to the dealer knowing exactly what I wanted. The salesperson we met with, Christopher Hidley, was very courteous and professional. He looked at my list and found the car that had everything we wanted. I wasn’t sure we would be able to close the sale quickly enough to be able to make an appointment elsewhere, but was assured that it could be done. Chris stayed on top of it, keeping us updated on each step of the process. A very good experience!

Slow service, bad communication
I dropped my car off Thursday night. Had to call multiple times. Car wasn’t done til Monday st noon. Other things wrong but didn’t suggest it to me. It was on the checklist I was given on the way out. I understand how busy the service department is but need better communication.

2 times - oil change, inspection
Twice in last year, scheduled maintenance (simple oil change, tire rotation, state inspection). Both times, the services took well over 2 hours. When asking for updates after roughly 90 minutes, there was a scramble to figure out why my vehicle wasn't completed or in for services yet. In both cases, no apology or explanation given.

Fast, friendly service.
The staff are friendly and they take care of the issue at hand. They explain the work that was done, even though I don't always understand everything (not very mechanical). Work is completed fast and efficiently.
