Very pleased!!
Had oil change, tire rotation, NYS inspection. I was in and out about a half hrs time. Thanks Ken at the service desk for a great experience that you don't find at other dealerships.

Short wait time
Work was completed quickly and my wait time was only about 15 minutes to fix a blower fan. Shortest wait time ever. Friendly and courteous service desk personnel. Inflated my tires as requested.

My car still makes a rumbling noise that wasn't there before. The certified mechanic didn't find anything when I brought the car in a few weeks ago.

Love my car!
The 2019 KIA Sorento is a sharp, cool-looking car. It's my 3rd one, but this one is by far the best! It looks expensive & it drives smooth & solid. It came with many special features like a sunroof & a 3rd row of seats when I need them. Love this car & a shout out to my salesman Andrew Porter!
