My new MKZ

I had a very rewarding experience at Fuccillo Lincoln. They were very professional and helpful. I hadn’t really planned on driving away with a new car, but obviously this was not the case. I love my new Lincoln.

Happy with service

It's nice to know you can trust having your car serviced. Was there for 40,000 mile service and inspection. Another issue was discovered. Nick came and told me about it and we discussed before proceeding. He's great to deal with. Very courteous and pleasant. Music was quite loud when I arrived. Asked politely if it could be turned down a bit. They did so.

Great sales and great financing!

I went in looking for certified pre-owned vehicles. Salesman was knowledgeable and helpful, not pushy. I got the car I wanted at the price I wanted.

Comfortable and stress free!

Our visit to Fuccilo today was very enjoyable. My husband and I didn't feel like we were being pressured in any way. Our salesman Paul asked us a few questions and matched us up with a car quickly. The finance gentleman went out of his way to make things work as we needed. Everyone was super friend. We will be going back soon for a car for our son. I highly recommend!!

Awesome experience!

Bob Anderson in your service department is awesome! He followed up on a tentative appointment that he and I scheduled a few months ago and he called, got it set up to have someone bring a loaner to me, had my car serviced and then it was brought back washed and all set!! Couldn’t have asked for better service! Thanks again!

Took care of everything j needed

Everything takes at least an hour but it gets fixed right.work with you and answer any questions you have.not a very high price either

Wonderful experience! Quick and very helpful.

Our salesperson was very helpful and honest. He made the hassle of buying a new into a easy and wonderful experience. He was quick to answer our questions and got us an even lower rate than we had budgeted for.

Disappointed with Service

I’m disappointed with Fucillo Hyundai and will be taking my car elsewhere in the future. My door handle needed to be replaced. I was told the part had to be ordered and would be in within a couple days. A week or so later, I called to inquire about the part and I was told it was accidentally being sent to be painted. So I would need to wait a few more days. Fast forward.... after 3 weeks from my initial visit when the part was ordered, I called to find out when the handle could be fixed. I was asked if my car was red. It is not. The part, that was never supposed to be painted was painted red. My car is silver, Nick said he’d overnight the part and it could be installed yesterday afternoon, When the job was done, I called to pay my credit card since I was having trouble getting a ride to the dealership before it closed. I was told that in order to do that, I’d have to print off an email authorization form and either scan/email/fax a copy of that and my license to them before that could happen. I’ve been to numerous other dealerships and never had this problem before. I ended up making it into the dealership to pay in person. I paid full price, with no apology even given for the inconveniences over the past three weeks. This is not the first issue I’ve had at this dealership, and consequently will not return.
