Service staff excelent
The service advisor and shop staff were excellent. The waiting room is a bit of a joke. Comfy seats but TV blaring and radio on also (and loud)? Especially when I asked to have them turned off or down? One other waiting customer agreed it would be better off, but sales staff could not help/refused to help. Thankfully my wait was short!

Easy in easy out for a NY State inspection for sure I called around 11 am and Nick Fear was able to fit me in around 2 pm. Great service all the way around!

The service was quick (15 minutes less than estimated) and making the appointment was easy. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. The car was clean when returned to me.

They did their very best, given the fact that the part was forever coming in and the instrument to put the part in was pat of the problem as well. Two months later and I now have my 2017 car back. Thank you to Nick for always being available to talk.

Car repair
Robert Anderson in service is the best. I had my car towed down to Fuccillo's and it turned out I needed an engine. That took a while but after a week and a half of paying for a rental out of pocket, Bob called and got us a loaner. Thank you so much Bob, you are a life saver. I received numerous phone calls with updates on my car, Thank you for that. It's really frustrating when they tell you one thing and it doesn't happen and they never call you. Not so with Bob! Thank you for the best service ever!!
