Excellent Service
At my 30,000 mile service brakes were recommended. Bob stressed it was my decision and I didn't feel pressured. He explained my options and I was very satisfied with the reason to get the new brakes. He was very pleasant and easy to work with.

Good job
My 2013 SantaFe Sport needed a new engine at 75k. Warranty covered replacement but locating the engine took time. Five weeks later we're back in the road. They also located a loaner after a week so the inconvenience was kept to minimal levels.

Good Deal
I came in looking for a used Accent but didn't find one there. The next day, a sales manager called me to say that maybe they could get me into a new car within my budget. They did, and now I am very happy with my brand new Accent.

Tie rod fun
Everything was great except that I have had my car only alliance twice and that was at fucillo both times my wheel was not centered. I had a family emergency and still have not been able to return unfortunately due to now taking care of my father.

My Family...
Well the day started out cold and I decided to take my car for a check up at Hyundai. I did not plan to buy a car that day but I saw so many nice cars, suv's, trucks, etc. that I decided to take a look. I went outside and met one of the representatives, George. He was easy to talk to, friendly and very nice. He explained the differences between the vehicles and the pricing ranges. He took his time explaining everything to me...which brought me to my decision to purchase a new car. I want to point out that I met several of the other employees and they were absolutely great!! You have an amazing crew and I honestly felt that if I worked in a place like yours I would definitely fit in because it was like being with family. George, Luis, Nick, Jermaine, and many others definitely get a HUGE KUDO from me and my family. Thank you for your great service, dedication and friendliness...it really meant a lot to us.

Wow! The Rumors Are TRUE!
....what an awesome experience! Initially, I was rejected for a Lease at Fuccillo. I was discouraged and continued to shop around. The General Manager Daniel calls me out of the blue with awesome news for me to purchase. I was apprehensive, due to my credit. Thought it was a “sales tactic”. Instead, they had actually taken my information and formulated an awesome, affordable and favorable deal for me. On a brand new vehicle! Daniel, Jeff and Paul were world class! Highly recommended!
