Excellent encounter

I brought in my Hyundai for a possible warranty issue with a check engine light. I knew it was an issue with the intake manifold from using a scan tool. Rob the service write took my complaint and looked up the vehicle in the system. We made an appointment for a Monday. By 2:00PM the issues were resolved there were two repair campaigns issued, Both resolved in the same day. They didn't have to keep the vehicle or wait for parts so I was very pleased.

Speedy and Reliable

I had Robert (Bob) Anderson as my service advisor yesterday, 10/30, for my first service on my new Sonata that I purchased back in August. He was kind, considerate and helpful. He made sure I knew exactly what the car was getting done and what I had for the service package I purchased with the vehicle. My appointment was at 4:30 and the car was done by 5:00! It included an oil change, tire rotation and multi-point inspection. I am extremely happy with the service I received. Bob was excellent!

Good deal

I was able to find the car I wanted pretty quickly and the salseperson was not pushy at all. He made suggestions for other models, let me take a test drive, and respected my decision once made. They were quick in getting me quotes on 2 different cars plus a quote on buying out my current lease.
