Friendly and helpful staff

Simply put, shopping experience with Fucillo was great. Sales staff, Derek D. was very friendly and helpful. I didn't feel rushed or pressured to purchase a vehicle from him. The new vehicle finance was assisted by a very helpful staff, Ernie. Although I end up staying close to the end of business at Fucillo, the team was very patient and professional. It made my shopping anxiety (of purchasing a new car) much better. When an issue arose after hour, Scott R. promptly attended to the problem. Very thankful for the help given by the staff from the dealership. I would recommend Fucillo to anyone in a market for a new car.

They got me out of a bad lease

This was the second time I have bought a Elantra at fuccillos and no pressure at all by my sales person in fact I put the pressure on HIM I just wished there was a dealership in Saratoga thanks Andrew Capone

Lots of deceit from the dealership

The reason I gave the dealership a 1 star rating is because of all the deceit. They tried to slip in 2 warranties I did not ask for. They also change the term of the contract without my knowledge. They said they secured me funding ( I have a 715 credit score) and they did not. We went there to buy out the lease and finally signed papers 2 weeks later after they had to change the contract many times before they took out everything they tried to put in without our knowledge. Today I received a letter saying they couldn't secure funding for me. Moral of this is, don't call them on anything, they will mess with you and will keep deceiving you.

Friendly and fast

Called for an inspection and they were able to get me in that day. And it was extremely fast. Everyone was every friendly. The only thing I didn’t like was when I dropped off and picked up there was at least 3 employees smoking.

Fuccillo Hyundai Schenectady NY

Our salesman, Don Grounds, is exceptional. He understood our situation right away and was able to quickly locate an affordable new car that we bought for our son. Don followed up with us and offered advice and assistance throughout the process. Don is a very polite and easy to talk to. We have already recommended Don and this Fuccillo dealership to friends/family.

Overpriced

There is nothing exceptional here. Employees were mediocre, nothing special. And I think the waiting area should be fancier for how expensive service is here.

Awesome

I was very shakened up when I saw that my car was leaking gas. I brought my car over and the techs did a great job in taking care of my issue. I like to thank Nick who has taken care of my vehicle issues prior to this one. He really is awesome!!!!
