Excellent service

I am very happy with the service I received last Friday at Fuccillo. The battery on my 2015 Lincoln MKC was bad and I was surprised to hear it was covered under warranty. Nick scheduled my appointment for the next day after I called and was very courteous, friendly and helpful. The work took a little longer than I anticipated but I am still thankful the problem was taken care of correctly and it didn’t cost me a penny. I am, however, still waiting for an email from the service department outlining the work that was done for me records. Thank you.

Excellent service and with a complimentary ride to lunch!

Great service by Nick and staff. On time plus a shuttle to and from lunch /good waiting area and sales area - all employees were very courteous and the mechanics did a good job of explaining work- service department was excellent to work with

If you are looking for a personable, professional salesman ask for Richard Loomis. He is knowledgeable about the cars he is selling and there is no high pressure sales. It was a pleasure dealing with him.

Misdiagnosed problem had to go else for proper diagnosis !!

Service was terrible Brought the car in it was misdiagnosed I was charged for the mis diagnosis then went elsewhere at the car properly diagnosed brought it back and they confirmed that that was correct and now will fix it under warranty the best part is they offered to keep my initial payment from the misdiagnosis and Use it as a credit for an free oil change with my own money I said you should refund me and give me the oil change they scoffed at me. I would not recommend no use your service department again

very upset

i only had this car 11 months.no coverage,no warranty unbelievable.also under 50,000 miles.a week to replace radiator dissatisfied very upset

Good Sales Service for "18 Elantra Sport

Nicole was very friendly and helped me through the process. I went to 8 different dealerships and drove 12 different cars before deciding on my Elantra. What sold me was the warranty.

Friendly and helpful staff

Simply put, shopping experience with Fucillo was great. Sales staff, Derek D. was very friendly and helpful. I didn't feel rushed or pressured to purchase a vehicle from him. The new vehicle finance was assisted by a very helpful staff, Ernie. Although I end up staying close to the end of business at Fucillo, the team was very patient and professional. It made my shopping anxiety (of purchasing a new car) much better. When an issue arose after hour, Scott R. promptly attended to the problem. Very thankful for the help given by the staff from the dealership. I would recommend Fucillo to anyone in a market for a new car.
